Position Overview:
CECP is seeking a motivated candidate for a full-time, fully remote, summer internship (10 weeks) to assist with CECP's Engagement and Growth strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Support proposal writing and management for both corporate sponsorship and philanthropic investment opportunities related to CECP’s research and content strategy; support the development and management  of related funder pipelines
  • Support the priorities of the Strategic Engagement and Growth team through related research and outreach projects and contact database management
  • Execute CECP’s ongoing strategy to update current and add new contacts to our CRM system (salesforce) contributing to deeper engagement, revenue creation and CECP growth

Hours and duration:
  • Full time 35-40 hours a week
  • Flexible hours: Between 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday
  • Timing: June – August 2024  

This job is for you if you have:
  • Interest in working in a cutting-edge, purpose-driven, and fun work environment!
  • Interest or experience in grant/proposal writing, research, business development
  • Interest or experience in engagement focused technologies or CRM systems
  • Prior internship or professional experience.
  • The ability to undertake multiple tasks, the ability to move easily between multiple projects.
  • Experience and competence in working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent research, writing, editing, and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other basic computer programs.
It’s a plus if you are:
  • Experienced in Salesforce or related CRM tools
  • Experienced in business development
Compensation:
  • A stipend of $20.00/hour is offered to interns.
