Position Overview:
This position will advance the Advisory team’s strategic priorities by providing project and administrative support, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, drafting summaries and other documents, and conducting research on key topics and trends related to our five centers of excellence; community investment, employee engagement, sustainable business/ESG, and DEI. The intern will work with all team members and report to the Associate Manager of Advisory. CECP will review applications on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to support Advanced Advisory projects, Accelerators, benchmarking initiatives, and other team priorities.
  • Skill in gathering and distilling research and data, both qualitative and quantitative, to provide clear, relevant, and actionable insights.
  • Provide project and administrative support, including utilizing CRM system, training will be provided.
  • Capture and synthesize notes from engagements with CECP companies.
  • Draft executive summaries, email correspondence, and other written materials.
  • Support team in identifying potential thought leaders, partners, and speakers and conducting outreach as needed.
  • Comfort and confidence in conducting outreach and scheduling.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned and may be appropriate and proportional to prior work experiences.

  • Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility, the ‘S’ in ESG, and sustainability is preferred.

  • A sense of humor and humility to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Location:        Fully remote
Stipend:          $800/week
Duration:         10 weeks, 40 hours/week, start date in May or June
