Position Overview:
The Manager, Corporate Insights, leads CECP’s knowledge management, fast-track consulting, and select content development efforts to ensure the organization delivers timely, high-impact insights to its network of leading companies. This role manages aspects of cross-functional knowledge-sharing systems and platforms and supports affiliate access to curated data and content. The position oversees the fast-track consulting function, providing direct support to corporate leaders through rapid research, benchmarking, and tailored insights.
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge Management (40%)
- Work cross-functionally to develop and implement CECP’s knowledge-management strategy, including processes for content asset storing, reviewing, and archiving CECP insights
- Maintain the organization of insights in SharePoint (for internal use) and Salesforce knowledge base (for affiliate access to insights), including the coding and tagging structure of content and management and approval of all articles submitted via Salesforce knowledge base
- Connect benchmarking and measurement, fast-track consulting, insights, and research to requests from companies, presentations, content strategy, and platforms (internal knowledge library in SharepPoint, CRM Salesforce, and MyCECP knowledge center and knowledge base in Salesforce
- Ensure development of accurate and relevant slides as assigned for events, accelerators, and presentations
- Develop and maintain understanding of the global CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) organization landscape most relevant to large companies
- Train gen AI agents on CECP knowledge and insights in Microsoft Copilot
- Fast-Track Consulting (40%)
- Manage fast-track consulting services, ensuring timeliness in response and quality of deliverables for CECP affiliates; oversee content creation and optimization of decks, qualitative and quantitative data, and other knowledge sources
- Lead the maintenance and oversight of the insights inbox and build relationships with companies to ensure quality and accurate interpretation and delivery of information to companies
- Provide direct consultative support to company executives through the execution of company request cases,
- Leverage effectively CECP data, subject matter expertise, and secondary research to meet member needs and advance engagement by ensuring insights are informative, well curated, timely, and relevant
- Actively grow subject matter expertise to best serve CECP companies with excellence
- Content Creation & Facilitation (10%)
- Build corporate leader knowledge of issues and opportunities in the field,
- Create topical issue briefs for CECP’s knowledge center as needed
- Leverage data, insights, and subject matter expertise to facilitate convenings and support advanced advisory projects as needed
- Team Management (10%)
- Provide leadership across CECP and for Pod
- Supervise staff and interns as needed
- Manage team including supervisory support, coaching, accountability and direction for direct reports to achieve annual priorities and long-term goals
- Other responsibilities as assigned
This job is for you if you have/are:- Minimum 5-10 years professional, relevant experience; Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees preferred or equivalent applicable training, certification, or advanced education
- Previous work experience in internal corporate responsibility roles given priority
- Passion for CECP’s mission and relevant subject matter expertise inside a company or working with companies in corporate responsibility and employee engagement/belonging required, and sustainability is preferred
- Experience working across functions to successfully drive projects from concept to execution with well-honed project management skills
- Experience building and managing partnerships
- Experience with research methods, including both qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Experience managing individuals
- Experience working with Salesforce, Microsoft PowerBI and CoPilot preferred
- Proven ability to work remotely and independently driven by a strong self-motivation to take ownership of growth and achievements
- Ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills for both virtual and in-person channels with paramount attention to cultural sensitivities
- NYC area or other in-person time will be required for offsites, events, and other company-serving opportunities as needed
- Ability to travel 15% or more as needed

CECP offers a competitive salary and benefits package for the nonprofit sector that reflects the high expectations and level of responsibility of this role, with a salary range of $90k-$110K depending on experience to align with pay equity across the organization. CECP offers remote work flexibility, and some travel will be required for events and quarterly offsite meetings.
